Getting back into MMA what supplements should I take?
I've been in the Martial Arts for most of my life except for the past few years. I'm getting back into MMA and was wondering which supplements I should take. I'm a little out of shape (need to lose about 5-7lbs) but my biggest concern isn't weight loss it is stamina, muscle recovery, and muscle fatigue. I'm looking for a supplement or group of supplements that will help with all 3. I was looking at the Xyience website but didn't find what I was looking for.
When I was weight training I was taking Creatine, Protein, and Glutamine. I'm not thinking these would be very helpful for what I'm looking for. The Creatine retains water weight so I'm thinking that is out. The Protein helps rebuild muscles but seems to cause migraines for me?
