pain while training

Hey, i just started doing mma a few weeks ago and in our conditioning class we were doing pushups while your partner holds your feet and you do puchups ot move forward. When i was doing this i got a very painful warm feeling in the back left corner of my head.....and it only does this while lifting or doing any physical activity that puts that pressure on your head. The pain goes away in a couple minutes after doing the activity. Has anyone had this before??

that doesn't sound good at all. you better go to the doctor and have them look at this, this isn't something i'd say you shouldn't get advice from off the streets. get it from a professional doctor.

a warm pain in the back corner of your head? thats not normal man.

yeah man. something people dont think much of can turn ugly.

i started training mma not too long ago. and i had what looked like a normal bug bite. it was about thie size of a pimple. then the next day it was the size of a penny. now a little over a week later it is the size of a baseball. it started out looking and feeling like a bug bite, and it turned out to be mrsa.

even if it is nothing, at the very least it will take away your worries. i hope everything is alright man.
