Training routine
Hello everyone i just joined this awsome forum! I take martial arts and want to train to fight in mma. This has been a dream of mines for a few years now. I have a 70 pound bag, a speed bag, jump rope, chin up bar, exercise ball, etc. I'm 25, 5'8, 140 lbs. I take creatine and protein daily. I have no idea of how and when to circuit train or what exercises to include with my equipment and what kind of warm up to do. Any help would be greatly appriciated
