you don't want to over do it on water because water can add a lot of weight though water weight is easily lost it can easily be put on, when you start getting close to you weight, what you could do is get a cup and spit into the cup, until its full and then drink the same amount of water to avoid adding any excess weight. Or when you pee have a cup of water, but unless your really doing a lot of cardio just try to keep hydrated, but don't over do it with the water, also the worst thing you could do is eat late at night its the worst thing you can do when trying to cut weight.
For food small meals with lean meats with complex carbs. like a small piece of chicken, or fish and small sweet potato, or brown rice, with water no soda and no juice, you don't need the excess sugar.
