Stretching: (everyday)
- Before workout and after.
Warm ups: (everyday)
- 60 Jumping Jacks.
- 60 Half Jumping Jacks.
- 30 Iron Mikes.
Conditioning: (everyday)
- 10 different marine inspired full body workouts (including: 8 count body builders, chase the rabbits, swimmers, bear crawl, jumping jacks, half jumping jacks, cross countries, crab crawl, star jumpers, and squat thrusts.)
- 10x Run with heavy bag over shoulder and squat thrust and hop over bag and repeat.
- Run for 15-20 minutes.
Monday:
- Boxing, Takedowns.
Tuesday:
- Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Wrestling.
Wednesday:
- Boxing, Takedowns.
Thursday:
- Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Wrestling.
Friday:
- Boxing, Wrestling, Takedowns.
Weight Training For All Workout Days.
Cool down exercises:
- Jump Rope for 5 minutes.
- Jog for 10 minutes.
- Stretch.
