little tip

ive been doing this for a few months now.

this is great if your stuck in the house all day.

when im in the house, i try and drink as much water as i can. and every time i go for a piss i do 10 push ups or 10 sit ups.

by the end of the day you have at least 100 reps. if you drink enough water that is.

let me know if this is any good.. im new.

Yeah this would work, its a good way to not have to do 100 all at once,

I use to do something similar when I use to play alot of video games,

I would do 10 push ups and 10 sit ups every game I played.. it added up
