Question for anyone that trains on a heavy bag with mma gloves

I'm just starting to train a bit (not really planning on competing, just wanna get in shape by doing something i love)an i was wondering, for anyone that trains on the heavy bag with mma gloves. Do you wrap you hands then put your gloves over the wraps or just use your gloves. Thanks in advance.

I would highly recommend wearing boxing gloves for this type of workout, it's better for the workout because you have heavier gloves on and it's better protection for your hands and wrist. If you don't use boxing gloves I'd definitely rap.

Boxing gloves help the most. Heavy bags are very solid and can really hurt your hands if they are not protected.

As the above poster suggested, you should wear boxing gloves.

If you aren't wearing boxing glovs, then wrap your hands for sure.
