I Need A Dietary Supplement

Can any one Reccomend a Dietry Supplement and any other supplments i would need to lose weight but gain muscle at the same time.... I rather cut weight then gain muscle thanks..

im 6'0 250

id like to be under 200 thanks//

Most of the dietary supplements that are out on the market now, have little affect on people. They contain large doses of things like egcg, caffeine, cayanne pepper and many other thermogetics that can be purchased at much lower prices. Your best bet would be to get your diet in check and make sure to keep up on cardio to get weight off. The only thing that will really help lose weight is a very unsafe and controlled E/C/A stack, if you have never heard of it, many bodybuilders used and still use this stack to cut their fat that they build up in their off seasons in a limited amount of time.

as mentioned before, before you worry about supplements you have to have your workouts and diet set. In your case I would emphasize cardio roughly 30-45 min a day about 5 days a week, but if you're not at that level maybe try 20 min 5 days a week, if you are a novice with weights I would also suggest braking down the weight training into upper body lower body days

Experimenting with different supplements is the best way to find out what goes best with your body / training regimen.

Buy Whey protein, 1 scoop = 20 grams protein

Don't buy sh*t more than 20 grams because you can’t process that much protein in one serving (40 gram protein drinks = waste of money).

Have 1 gram of protein per 1/2 pound you are - for instance, have 5 drinks through the day if you weigh 200 pounds.

The drinks will also suppress your appetite - know what I'm saying?

Buy one of those mixing drink things, add 8oz's of water & a scoop of protein (don't buy banana protein - it doesn't powder well - buy strawberry) and drink.

Just make sure you have protein before you work out and right after. Good luck bud.
