Before I say anything about supplements, answer this question first: How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

do you eat dinner? because you didn't put it on. I'm trying to lose weight and I've tried for months with little success because I didn't alter my diet. Now I've drastically lowered my calorie intake (while stepping up cardio) and starting last week by the end of the week I lost around 4 to 6 lbs. and I started around 260 lbs. (at 6' 3") and now around 252 to 253 lbs.

So look at your diet and cut things out before you start taking supplements.

Yes bananas are good. Eat those up they are the miracle fruit. Get a buddy to train with to. Well a protein drink im not sure of but blend some fruit together and make your seld a fruit drink those are usually good. Cut out the bad things in your diet. Only drink pop when it is absolutley necesary like with pizza because pizza and water aint really that good lol. Do you drink if you do try and tone down a little that MAY help thats just something I heard so well hope I helped. And for a protein drink try google perhaps? That usually works for me when i search for something. Also start taking vitamins. Not sure which kind because im looking for those to lol.

pop is fine, just make sure it is diet since it has no calories. There was an article in a local newspaper (I believe the Chicago Tribune) about how if you consume one normal (non-diet, so it has sugar in it) pop a day by the end of the year you'll have gained 13 lbs.

For the most part, he shouldn't be eating pizza anyways, so that wouldn't be an issue. But, Hadu, make sure you drink a ton of water that can help lose weight too. For your yogurt, get the "low-fat" or "non-fat" varieties, basically cut calories wherever you can. You also need to cut down on the amount of eggs you have for breakfeast because those can add a large amount of calories too. Your dinner seems to be fine, as long as your not getting fried chicken or fish.

ya. that dry mouth can kill ya! seriously peanut butter is great because it helps curb hunger for awhile (just look at the nutrional information on the package before you buy it). Peanut butter sandwiches on wheat bread with a glass of water make for great lunches.
