What Should I Begin With?
Alright, I'm interested in beginning MMA, but I don't know where to begin.
I'm 16, about 6'2, 170. I've got a 6'6" arm span though. I've got a bit of a belly, however. I have around 15% body fat I think.
I'm naturally athletic in terms of being quick and having good reflexes, although my endurance could be improve upon.
I bench around 185-190ish, squat mid 200's, so I'm not overly strong, but I'm not a total ***** either.
I was wondering what fighting styles I should look into? I used to wrestle, but I was thinking something more involved with striking. Suggestions?
