That is a very hard question considering each body can react differently to energy drinks and bars. While I haven't had the bars (I'm assuming I can't since I have a fatal allergy to almonds and I'm assuming the bar is in granola form which almost always includes some almonds in it) I know all the energy drinks I've had make me sleepy. Does that happen to everybody? Of course not, but each person can react differently. The best way to find out is to buy a single bar (if they sell it in single packs) or if they don't sell singles buy a box with a friend so you split the costs and share the box and if they work for you then you know you can buy more in the future, and if they don't work for you, then you know what to avoid and you didn't pay full price and you're not stuck with so many bars you don't want.
