Whey Protein

Earlier today I bought 2 different bottles of Whey Protein, different flavors and different bottle designs, and when I got home I realised both have different instructions on them.

Bottle one : Whey Protein, Flavor : Fruit Splash (Mango Peach)
Instructions : One scoop per 500 ML

Bottle Two: When Protein, Flavor : Chocolate
Instructions : Three Scoops Per 250ML.

Im asuming one brand is phony, and one of these brands is the real stuff.

The quicker you can reply the better. Thanks.

What brands are they and what do they recommend mixing with water, milk? How many grams of protein are in each serving? Are the scoop spoons the same size or is one smaller than the other?

Bottle one says Mix with water. (500 ml, one scoop)

Bottle two says mix with juice, water, or milk.

They both say Whey Protein, and the spoons are the same size.

look at the nutrion facts and see how much protein is in each serving. One may have more protein in a serving so it doesn't need as much for one serving as the other.
