I need Help in my log
In the past week including this week. I have gained :/. I don't know what happened to my diet before that.
So please revise and suggest some things on here for me.
I am 5'8 and weight 155.
morning: any suggestions?
I usually eat 2 bowls of mini wheats,bannana,yogurt. or 2 bowls of cereal with egg.
School Lunch: I go for Salad or chicken sandwhich with cookie.
(Any suggestions for weekend lunch)
high school untill 2:50
Football/weightlifting (wednesday Y or tennis)
home around 5ish
Dinner 6ish: How am i able to eat 1 plate serving!?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - 7:30 to 8:30
