need help on radically changing my diet

ok guy and gals i really need some advice. when i got my new job ( 14 months ago) i had been working out and was making ok progress losing weight. well long story short here i am now and im fatter than ever lol. i wont lie my diet has always been crap food. im really pushing to get back into working out like i had been but i know its useless unless i can correct my diet. all i do at work is sit in a cube and get bored which usually ends up munching on something. does anyone have any advice on how to break that habit and really radically change my diet?

Well, you have to quit buying abusive foods from abusive companies. Junk food is made by dick companies that could care less if you died. They put ingredients into their food to make you eat more than you need which is abusive. Why would you enter into an abusive relationship in ANY regard, much less food? Those bitches want you fat, dumb and sick so they can milk you of yet more of your precious life.

If you eat a proper breakfast, lunch and dinner, you wont be hungry or want to snack cuz you already took care of your body responsibly.

Rice and veggies for dinner with Braggs liquid aminos (American soy sauce but much more healthy) can be very enjoyable every day. And cheap and nutritious to boot! Never drink pop and only drink 2-4 ounces of juice a day. The only junk food I have been consuming for a while now is coconut milk ice cream which is brilliantly delicious and also good for the body. Amazing! But still very high in fat...

Please, don't abuse the precious gift of yourself! Take care of your gift!

Hope that helps...

ps ~ i was so fat as a boy i had boy boobies... NASTY!!!! skinny now for ever!!!!

I have a problem with snacking too. Often it's because I just need something to chew on. As a result, I now bring a variet of healthy snacks to work with me. Spinach is a great snack because it is very chewy. I also like almonds. Either of those gives me something good to chew on during the day between meals.
