Benefits of the sauna?

So basically, at my gym, theres a sauna, and everyday i contemplate going in there and sweat, but does this actuslly hrlp in losing fat? I see it as a butter melting type of thing, and no im not doing this as a replacement for cardio, cuz lets not forget im at the gym to work out not to go to the sauna. But anyways i thought you guys might be able to give me some info on this just so i know

Using the sauna is just a way to eliminate whatever water weight may be inside of your body.

That's why you see fighters hit up the sauna right before they weigh-in. Even though they've barely eaten or drinken anything over the past 10 days, they cut whatever may be left in there.

A sauna serves many purposes... one is to help you drop water weight... there are many others.

Some people just like to sweat... yeah, its wierd, but yeah... they feel it helps them relax or cleans them of the toxins by flushing them out thru their pores... sure, whatever cranks your crane.

IMHO, its more recreational but can be functional... if it helps an athlete wind down/relax after a crazy workout, great... so would a dip in the jacuzzi hot tub.

On the other hand, IMHO, a dip into an ice bath would be more functional for cardio recovery... but a tad bit less enjoyable

Through Sauna bath we can get many benefit of our healthy health. Sauna will opens the pores on skin and helps body to remove toxins and other impurities from within the body and blood.The circulation actually shunts blood away from the internal organs.People experience freshness in mood and health for longer time once they take sauna bath.

Sauna bath causes sweating & helps in opening skin pores. As we sweat more during sauna bath, it helps in excretion of body toxins and other impurities from the blood.Regular use of the sauna gradually restores the skin's elimination ability.The sauna benefits are numerous.

Thanks for interested like sauna.The benefits of having a sauna are many and varied. One benefit which is not really obvious or talked about is that when your raise your body temperature in the sauna your heart naturally gets faster.sauna benefits

The combination of a hot sauna and cold shower is good for muscle recovery, so it would indirectly be beneficial for fat loss because you recover faster and thus can train more often.

Improved endurance can occur from regular use of the sauna after exercise. The researchers speculated that improved endurance resulted from an increase in blood volume from prolonged heat exposure. Saunas are commonly found at gyms and health clubs. Members of the gym are invited by the staff to relax in the sauna after exercise. There is some evidence available that indicates a sauna may have health benefits. However, people with medical conditions should not use a sauna without first speaking with a doctor. Sauna has many health benefits. Sauna is best thing in problem of chest congestion. It helps you to revives tired body.
