UFC9688 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Hydration

So at my gym, we are starting to prepare for an upcoming competition. This means more intense work outs and less water breaks. For the last two practices, Ive been dying of thirst and i stop sweating because i have no more fluids. Im drinking a lot of water all day before class but i still get that weak passing out feeling. What am i doing wrong?

I was the same way too when I started out..

For me, I just pound water all day and night. Now I have to bring extra shirts cuz I sweat to damn much.

Im in the military and also training.....if you drink when your thirsty its too late...go by your pee there are color charts to compair....dont pee in a jar by no means lol but also remember you can over hydrate if your almost passing out everyday you might need to go see if something is wrong...theres a difference in being hard and being stupid....would you rather fall out or say hey I need a break....You know how far you can push yourself your trainers dont
