This is some funny shit... But I'll reply with what I know. Marijuana is actually a great expectorant, and it is common knowledge amongst European Cross-Country skiiers that a lot of teams get blazed a few hours before competing because it clears out their lungs. Now coughing during activity is definitely not good, which is the reason why they do it before hand.

Here's the thing about your buddies: I know this is how it is for a lot of guys who blaze up, so I don't think this is off base. If your buddies get really baked, do you think they're going to want to start running miles or is the sofa going to start looking real attractive to them?

Thanks for the input.From what ive learned the last month there isnt really one solid answer its different for everybody.

But one thing i know for sure about me is that if i plan on doing some cardio (I like to bike,not stationary) ill get blazed and have my ipod and i guarentee ill be able to go longer and more intense if i was blazed compared to if i wasnt.But i think its the music that makes me do that cause when im blazed nothing is better than some tunes...
