A book on MMA and Nutrition?

Ive been looking around online and at the Borders near my house for a book with MMA stuff, like moves/pictures, and also some nutrition information for someone training for MMA. I havent come up with anything with these two things, but I would appreciate it if anyone knew of any that are availiable, or if even such exists. Thanks.

I don't know about the training but I know there are tons of books on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (grappling) that you can get. I haven't read any myself so I'm not going to recommend any since I may recommend a crap book, but I know the Gracie family have put out books on Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. I doubt you'll find a book on striking with pictures.

Mastering Ju Jitsu by Renzo Gracie is a great book that my bjj coach recommends to people. Doesn't do the nutrition side of things though
