Flexibility question

Hi guys I am trying to get more flexible so I can improve my range of motion, mostly in regards to kicks. Should I treat these exercises like I do weight training and take a day off between workouts for musclegroups? Thanks in advance for any response.

no you shouldn't. You should be stretching every day in order to increase your flexibility

Yeah I agree...weight-lifting, cardio...those things need recovery days, but stretching is an everyday thing.
