putting on weight while training
Hey what's up new to the forums. I've been training in an mma and jui jitsu program 2-3 times a week for the past year. I'm 5 11 about 155 and I'm trying to put on some weight. Just need some tips on how to accomplish this. I have struggled with my weight my entire life especially gaining weight it seems almost impossible in my mind. I'm 25 and a college student. I don't know too much about nutrition so I was looking for some tips on how too build up some mass. I've actually use sometimes a gnc mass xxx amplified gainer like once a day or every other day after I train but it really hasn't done anything for me. It's funny I've worked in a pizza joint my whole life and eat it all the time and still can't gain anything. Any helpful advice with foods and personal experience would be great.
