Cutting weight question
I'm cutting from 190 to 170 for my first muay thai fight. Right now I'm only doing cardio and training What could I be doing to build muscle and lose fat?

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) or sprint interval training will probably be the best way If you drop a few pounds now the extra 10 shouldnt be a problem...Practice cutting weight till then never assume you can cut that extra 1o pounds if you have never tried...

If daily calorie consumption is cut by 400 less than the body needs and it seems logical that fat stores will supply the further energy requirements. However energy metabolism is complex and can be different between individuals.
