Cutting weight question

I'm cutting from 190 to 170 for my first muay thai fight. Right now I'm only doing cardio and training What could I be doing to build muscle and lose fat?

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) or sprint interval training will probably be the best way If you drop a few pounds now the extra 10 shouldnt be a problem...Practice cutting weight till then never assume you can cut that extra 1o pounds if you have never tried...
