Do you burn less calories when a workout gets easier?
Just a question I've always wondered about.
Here's whats going on.
As a warm up, I usual run up this hill close to my house 6 times.
3-4 months ago, it was really difficult to do. Now, its gotten way easier.
Even though its the same distance, at the same speed and the same incline, I feel like maybe Im burning less calories because its easier?
Does that make sense?
Or am I burning just as many calories as I was 3-4 months ago?
