Rough Patch

Hey everyone again. Recently I have encountered some sort of rough patch on my bjj training. I am getting tapped by things that I dont usually get tapped with or at least shouldn't. Plus I dont feel as strong or as quick.

Basicly I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with these rough patches.

Its almost as if I like to be tapped out! lol

For sure man its all mental the more you worry about it the more its going to happen. Just remember it could always be worse and keep your head up. If you have to go back to the basics if you have too theres no shame in it
