Leg Stretches

I have had some trouble with where my calf connects to the knee along with the hamstring group when I so light kick-training into the air.

Would anyone be able to explain a good method of stretches for both areas in particular.

If I cannot find a way to solve this issue I am not sure how effective I will be.
