Broke my arm.... what now?

Hey all,

I broke my radius bone in my left arm (thankfully I'm right handed) when someone threw me during a drill. I broke it 2 weeks ago and I'm supposed to get the sling off tommorrow. So.... what now? Anyone know how I can/should train after breaking my arm? Please give me some direction... thanks!

Make sure your completly healed before you jump back in you can still do some cardio and stuff but dont do anything that would slow the recovery or make things worse with your break ....JMO

As the doctors will tell you, heal up and do your physical theraphy while in the meantime, like G_Land said, work on your cardio and anything you can that doesn't involve you're left arm. No sparring for awhile that's for sure. Once you've worked your arm back into shape it's all mental after that -- once you hit that bag and it doesn't feel weird you'll know what's up.
