I think knowing the guys height would be relevent to the bench press (even though that isn't to relevent to MMA). My brother could bench 300lbs (2 reps) when he was just under 150lbs. He was mostly muscle but he could of been a little lighter without losing strength. Thing is hes only 5'3" so he could pack on a ton of muscle without actually weighing much. I don't know how fast he could run, but he was fast. And he knew a guy that was a little lighter and a little stronger.

Does anyone have any information for me regarding my original questions?

I know that some of you do not believe me for whatever reason, so would it be too much to ask of you to pretend that i'm telling the truth? That way I can get some answers. This is probably valuable information for any other aspiring athletes in this sport too. So you'd be doing good.

If you really care about people believing you make a video where we KNOW its you and KNOW that you are benching that much.

Maybe I didn't make myself clear. I don't care whether you believe me or not (what does it even matter, it doesn't affect your life either way).

I only want answers to my questions.
So, I said let's pretend. Let's pretend that there is a guy out there with those stats and with those questions and with those interests.

This is THE mma forum. Surely, this is one of the best places to find out information like what I'm asking, isnt it?

Your questions are so broad they are difficult to answer.

Doesnt really matter how good of an "athlete" you are, if you suck at fighting, you suck at fighting. As for the other questions, Thailand and Brazil. I dont know anything about training BJJ but the "best" Thai camps are subjective to the individual.
