Just remember, you must expend more calories than you take in. So increase your cardio and cut down on what you eat each meal.
Why? Why lose weight? your no where near fat in fact for that height you might be considered underweight to being with. Why not lose fat and pack on muscle. say push for a goal like 130 but of muscle?
You'll feel better, have more energy and be like twice as strong as you are now.
