Any tips for training with a sprained thumb?

Well, yesterday while I was rolling I was in my opponents guard and when I went to pass and push down on his knee he moved in knee upward and my palm slipped off his knee and my thumb was on the knee as he moved it up. At the same time I was pushing my weight on my palm but instead caught my thumb and bent it all the way back towards my wrist. It's pretty swollen right now and it's difficult to do basic things because of the pain.

That being said I still need to train tonight. I will be doing gi and no-gi BJJ. I started putting Traumeel on it and icing it and I will tape it up good before I do any rolling and will obviously stop if the pain is too intense. I will prob. take some Ibuprofin before working out but was curious if anyone had any other recommendations? After tonight I will be taking 3 days off of training to let it heel but I need to go tonight.
