cant lose weight

yea i currently weigh 162 lbs and i cant lose weight at all. ive been working out a ton. cardio and strength. but ive just gained weight. i realize that your should gain muscle (which i have). but why cant i lose any? thanks

nah but seriously you need to do a lot more cardio work and weight fiting with high reps....and go easy on the twinkies

OP. Look on google and find out your true Bf% its important to know . It will be the fact needed to go in a certain direction.
