Gaining Weight??

Ok, I'm 26 years old and for my entire life I have had an issue being able to keep weight on. I am 6' and about 158lbs right now. About 6 years ago, I couldn't weigh more than 145lbs. I started on supplements and a very harsh eating regiment. I was eating like 6 or 7 times a day while hitting the weights about 3 times a day. In two years, I went up to 180lbs. I cut back on all of the eating and I cut out most of my gym time as well. I have since lost the weight and now my walking weight is around 156 - 158 and my fight weight is 155. Am I just doomed to have the same walking and fighting weight, is there something else I can be doing, or is this a good thing and I shouldn't stress so much about it? I really need help here.

It is not like you work out more and you will have better results, working in proper way and providing the proper rest to the body is the way that you can attain this. Proper diet at appropriate time but in a considerable amount is the key to work your way out. I would suggest you that as far as you are fit and raring to go, it is a good thing. Just keep an eye on what you eat and how much and never overdo yourself while you are working out as it more likely that it will drain the body rather than have some useful effect. Hope this helps.
