Ok, I'm 26 years old and for my entire life I have had an issue being able to keep weight on. I am 6' and about 158lbs right now. About 6 years ago, I couldn't weigh more than 145lbs. I started on supplements and a very harsh eating regiment. I was eating like 6 or 7 times a day while hitting the weights about 3 times a day. In two years, I went up to 180lbs. I cut back on all of the eating and I cut out most of my gym time as well. I have since lost the weight and now my walking weight is around 156 - 158 and my fight weight is 155. Am I just doomed to have the same walking and fighting weight, is there something else I can be doing, or is this a good thing and I shouldn't stress so much about it? I really need help here.
