So many people ask about loosing.dropping weight.
However i need to gain some, can anyone recommend somethign that worked for them, something with provwen results, i have talked to nutrition experts, other at my gym and so on.
I hve infact gained a bit of weight but its not going they way i want. My metabolism is far to good at this point. I know it will slow down some day but im not talking about getting old and fat here im talking about "quickly" gaining weight so i can move up a weight class.
