Gain Weight

So many people ask about loosing.dropping weight.

However i need to gain some, can anyone recommend somethign that worked for them, something with provwen results, i have talked to nutrition experts, other at my gym and so on.

I hve infact gained a bit of weight but its not going they way i want. My metabolism is far to good at this point. I know it will slow down some day but im not talking about getting old and fat here im talking about "quickly" gaining weight so i can move up a weight class.

Thanks guys!

you need to eat lots of calories, but make sure they are clean ones. i am actually in a somewhat bulking process myself. this is what i eat.

Go Lean Cereal
Brown Rice w/ 2 servings of Grilled Salmon/Chicken
2 cups Plain oatmeal
Non-fat Plain Yogurt w/ Granola
Protein Shake
Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
Natural Peanut Butter

I eat that everyday and not only do i gain muscle mass but it keeps me ripped.
