at the gym today i worked biceps, triceps, and abs. After i was done working out i chilled for like 3 hours then threw punches at my heavy bag til my arms felt like they were gonna fall off. Since i worked bi's and tri's that day should i have let my arms rest for the rest of the day, or is it ok to get them tired again a just a few hours after working them out? thanks

Rest always give whatever mussle group you are working on atleast 1-2 days rest before working them out again So workout your legs or sholders or abs or any other mussle group for one day then swich up mussle groups every day.

Injuries occur when you workout the same muscle back-to-back days..

why are u still doing a program based on isolation exercises why not do full body workout instead
