Im creating this thread for everyone to post their personal bests in the following:
- Most consecutive pull ups
- Most consecutive push ups
- Time it takes you to do 100 push ups
- Best mile time
- Max Squat
- and why not Max Bench even though i find it quite irrelevant in my training.
Also list your height and weight and if youre currently fighting
This thread is to help me keep motivated and try to beat peoples personal bests and continue training hard to get my strength conditioning and cardio at elite levels for when i continue my pro career after i graduate college.
Pull ups: 27
Push ups: 180
100 push ups: 1:18
Mile: 5 minutes 12 seconds
Max Squat: 405
Max bench: 285
Im a 1-0 155 lb fighter with a wrestling background. At 5'9" I walk around between 175-180 lbs
