fight weight and first fight?

hey guys, ive been training mma for about 6 weeks. I have a background in powerlifting and a little bodybuilding. I had some previous freestyle wrestling training too...
I am 6ft1, about 235 at 12-15% bf. pretty strong...

Im unsure as toif i should try and drop to 205 pounds or fight heavyweight. And as ive only been training mma for a short period, i have a fight booked for feb, im not sure if thats long enough preparation time...
any help?
