Muay Thai or Kickboxing?

I already do BJJ and want to get into MMA, so I need to train stand up. I know Kick boxing and Muay Thai are good but I just want to know which is.. better? Thanks.

for mma muay thai is much better IMO cause it also incorporates knees and elbows along with very effective ways of fighting in the clinch

Yeah I found a good Muay Thai-teaching school and had my first lesson a few days ago. I think I'll go with Muay Thai
