recovery suppliments

I have never messed much with suppliments but would like to look into something that helps with getting rid of the hard night/week of training feeling. Also something for joints if anyone knows anything.

appreciate your imput!

i know alot of people use HMB and glutamine. i used to use glutamine and it works pretty well. you wont get sore deep in the muscle after long workouts.

vitimin c is great but if your looking for an actual supplement i use the XMotion Xtreme Joint Formula its awsome for joints

vitimin c= muscles not sore
XMotion =body not acing as much,makes you feel fresh the day after a workout and ready for to train hard again
