Okay take all the exercise and training youre doing and stop thinking its doing jack shit to help you lose weight.
Your weight is all about your diet. Eat less calories than you consume and you will lose weight, eat more than your body uses and you will stay the same or gain weight. It really is just that simple.
When I do cuts I lessen my exercise by at least 50%, because I cant handle the exertion while im in calorie deficit.
While exercise can help it is not needed for most people to lose weight. 10% of my gains are made in the gym, 90% are made in my kitchen.
