Cardio/Strength
Recently started training again. I find that I gas out while grappling/sparing and it results in me mostly defending positions rather than working for a better position. As a result of this I am wanting to work on my cardio and strength outside of just the workout from class.
Monday - Tuesday - Boxing 7-9 Wednesday - Thursday - KickBoxing 7-9 Friday - Wrestling/Jiu-Jitsu 6-7 This is what im doing right now. I would like to get together an entry to early mid level workout in place. These workouts cant consist of any bag work because I will be doing them outside or in the 24hr fitness. Any advice on putting this together would really be appreciated. |
