Best way to eat eggs? BULKING UP!

I enjoy eggs in all forms... Lately ive just been frying them and mixing the yolk with egg whites.. Sometimes I scramble them. I am really skinny and have gained 15 lbs this winter so far by EATING. Should i stick with fried eggs or are there healthier ways?

Actually eggs are extremely high in colesterol (spell check? lol) They are not bad every now and then but don't eat them everyday.

It is simple, take your body weight and multiply that by 10, thats how many calories your body needs to maintain weight, you eat more then that number and your body gains weight. Now you would want to do this in a healthy way. 500 calories for dinner is better then a 500 calorie big mac.

Eggs are a very good source of protein. The healthiest way to eat them is to just make egg whites.

Well cooking them is healthier, but then again, frying might be more effective if you're trying to gain a lot of weight, because of additional calories from the butter or oil that you fry it in.

I will use this fat free spray butter stuff. Doesn't really taste any different I don't think.

Healthiest way is to just eat the egg white though... probably boiled
