Actually eggs are extremely high in colesterol (spell check? lol) They are not bad every now and then but don't eat them everyday.
It is simple, take your body weight and multiply that by 10, thats how many calories your body needs to maintain weight, you eat more then that number and your body gains weight. Now you would want to do this in a healthy way. 500 calories for dinner is better then a 500 calorie big mac.
