I created a well rounded mma workout that works your cardio very well. I would cation if you have not been training properly i would ease into this one. I tweaked the old playing card workout. You use a deck of cards, a punching bag, a mirror or wall for shadow boxing, a workout ball, jump rope, and timer. This exercise is very good because you can tweak it to how you are progressing, instead of 1 min face cards bump it to 2 and keep working on it.
