Hello,
2 weeks ago during a training session I 'injured' my foot while kicking my partner straight on his kneecap with my right foot (He moved back unexpectedly ).
It was basically hit on the left side of the right foot (on the big knuckle thingy).
I'm wondering if I should have this checked out or if it will heal itself. It did hurt a bit right after but I can't feel much of it now unless I stress it. If I just go kicking with the shin, bag kicks, running etc. I don't feel anything. It only hurts if something hits that knuckle or if I curl my toes waaayyyy up. (It does hurt a bit when doing pushups due to the toes being curled a bit).
Would this be a simple sprain or could it be a hairline fracture?
Thanks raise01:
