Strength and Conditioning
I'm training MMA 5 classes a week, 2 * 2 hours classes and 1 * 1 hour class. So, Monday, Wed, Friday. Does anyone have any workouts I could do in between days to work on my strength and conditioning without over doing it to the point I'm too tired to do my classes?
