I have a fight coming up in 6 days... I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me that I can add to my work outs to give me an edge on fight night. Two tips that I can give others is... train wearing a double mouth piece but fight wearing a single. Doing all that training with limited air helps when you are in the fight and it feels like your lungs are bigger. Also when doing bag drills I always use my 16 oz gloves opposed to my 4 oz gloves, that way and get exhausted faster and come fight night I can throw combos in the third round with out getting as fatigued. I suggest using the 16's for sparring also because if you use 4's there is generally less contact and people don't seem to have as much technique....Does any one have any tips for me?
