badmunky11 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
on days where i train back to back (ex - 1hr MMA followed by 1hr BJJ), i tend to feel weak/sluggish during the BJJ class. before class, i drink plenty of water and usually have a banana (helps prevent cramping with me), during MMA i drink gatorade AND water. can anyone recommend either a supplement or something i can take during MMA that will help keep me fueled up for the following class? or maybe even something beforehand that will keep me going thru both? my buddy suggested GU Energy Gel, never had it tho. anyone ever use it? is there something better? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

really? noone gets tired/weak/sluggish during long training? guess its just me...

For sure that things like that exists, but you can get the best results without that. For example GU Energy gel can helps you, but actually it depends on each fighter. So you can try had a great breakfast, try to buy a lot of energy bars, this can helps too. Keep drinking water and add some fruits, then you need to sleep very well.
