nutrition and workout advice
Hi, I was looking for advice on setting up a routine, and diet. I'm 6'1" about 200lbs in decent shape, I'm looking for meals i can prepare in advance or are quick to make, and fairly inexpensive.
Right now my workout plan is as follows:
Day 1, flat benchpress@135 3 sets, 8-10 reps
inclined bench w/45lb dumbells 3 sets, 8-10 reps
dips 3 sets, to failure
pushups, 5 sets, 12-15
Day 2, deadlift@135, 3 sets 8-10 reps
wide grip pullups,3 sets to failure
chinups, 3 sets to failure
bicep curls@ 35, 3 sets 8-10 reps
forearm curls, 3 sets 8 reps
Day 3, squats@155, 3 sets 10-12 reps
shoulder press@95 8-10 reps
front squats, 3 sets, 8-10 reps
shoulder shrugs, 3 sets, 15 reps
any advice on my routine and for diet greatly appreciated
I never schedule like your schedule. It is such a very helpful and best for me to getting the knowledge for scheduling workout advise. Thanks for sharing.
