New to the game....well lets call it a restart
After being out of the loop (training and diet and all), due to finishing school and student teaching. I am looking to get started back.
I found a local martial arts school and checking it out next Tuesday.
My diet has not been the greatest and never has been.
I am 6'2" around 245....I am looking for a diet that will help me in the long run, so nothings drastic what are some small steps I can take to gradually make it a life style change. I know the first this is to cut out soda, and other stuff like that.
I am looking for any advice.
