Shaking While Training and after
Alright so Ive been traing pretty hard have really great set up going in my gym, but my question is why would I bed shaking so much after and during, aswell as when i am training feeling like im going to through u half the time. I train 5 days a week aswell as Strength training 3 days a week. Could it be a lack of food? Im just really curious because I think it is hindering me from preforming as well as I should be.
