Muscle Milk Kidney failure?

I recently read somewhere that said Randleman got kidney failure? Someone said that it can come with large amounts of creatine throughout his years because he consumes a lot of it. Any idea if this is true? Because I eat about 2 scooops of Muscle Milk everyday which contains Creatine and other stuff. Is this bad or could it potentially create problems because I do know that the liver breaks down creatine.

Also when is the best time to take Muscle Milk if it isnt a
issue? Some people after workouts and before sleep? If you just run and do pushups is that fine? thanks.

btw im new to this forum thing.

Dont take the muscle milk, its not gonna hurt you or ne thing its just not the best product. Stick with simple whey protein. Its cheaper and better IMO

excessive creatine use and excessive protein use can lead to kidney or liver failures (I can't remember which one does which).

well why shouldnt muscle milk be my main product? Im not like a serious MMA fighter just trying to get stronger and thinner. What should I take then? So after a workout just drink some muscle milk and maybe before sleep? Is it bad to eat too drink too much of it in the long run?

if all you do is run and do pushups you have no need for vreatine . the main reasons to use are so that you can get thatlast set in weight training and to speed up recovery after a heavy workout. stickwith whey

muscles milk before and/or after workout, but its really only truly effective if your doing actual lifting and putting a great strain on your muscles not just for running and pushups. I dont see anything wrong with having mucles milk as your main product, thats what i do, so Id be curious to know what is wrong with that.

Yeah, unless ur hardcore into training, there's no need to take creatine or muscle milk. Soy protein is high quality protein, but it also contains compounds that act like estrogen in the blood stream. So, if ur a female, then its a great supplement. If ur a male, then stick to whey protein or supplement ur diet with lean protein (chicken, pork, beef...). Glutamine will help with post-workout recovery and its completely safe. Good luck.
