Should I take BMIs seriously?
 
Just Curious...
I been looking into going by a BMI. It says I should be from 140 to 180 for a healthy weight. So that Featherweight to Middleweight (just 5 lbs?). Im asking should I go by those merits of maintaining a healthy weight.

BMI is an accurate measurement on a persons health. And you shouldn't lose much power even if you drop a lot of weight. Keep your strength training up and the drop shouldn't be too drastic.

What should be my target weight based on being 6'0?
Or should I stay at HWT? Im close to the cruiserweight mark of 235.

Well man it varies... Obviously 200lbs of muscle and 200lbs of fat is two different things, you should be able to tell if you should be able to tell if you are in decent shape.

No. It is only a guideline for the average Joe. It's not really working for very active sportsmen as it doesn't consider your body fat percentage, muscle mass, general fitness etc.

BMI's alone don't mean a thing. Athletes usually have very high BMI's and they're healthier than most people. Plus weight and height don't scale proportionally. If you really want to know if you're healthy then you should see a doctor, get your body fat percentage, water and muscle mass checked and get a stress ECG.

BMI's are a guide and voieless is right about BMI's not being geared for athlete's.
